Trophy Wholesalers (NZ) Limited began in 1993 from a 200 sq Meter warehouse. Initially its purpose was to import made up trophies and components from an Australian company.

 

Approximately 2 years into the distributorship the company from Australia announced they would no longer be manufacturing trophies and components and would concentrate on badges and medals. This meant a major change for Trophy Wholesalers. We changed from an Importer to a Manufacturer/Importer overnight.

 

We started manufacturing our own wooden components initially with paint, but later with MDF and Heat Transfer Foil. Our first machines were crude home made machines. As the business grew we were able to purchase proper machinery. We now also make Engraving Laminate, Solid Wood Trophies, Acrylic Trophies and Domed Decorative Centres. Eventually we added a Trade Engraving Service which enabled us to personalize our own products for other retailers.

 

Today we operate from a 2000 sq Meter manufacturing and distribution facility based in Hamilton,New Zealand. We have a semi automatic factory using the latest robotic technology to keep up with demand. We are the one stop trophy supplier for all your trade needs. If we can't make it ourselves, we then source products from China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, USA, Spain and Italy.
